Equest Farm Lesson Birthday Parties

Lesson birthday parties are a great way for the young horse lover to celebrate their birthday and share a fun and educational equestrian experience with their friends. We offer two different types of parties, detailed below.

All parties are two hours long and are held on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 1 and 5 pm. In the event of inclement weather that would prevent safe riding we will work with you to reschedule.

For ages 6 and up.

Helmets and boots (in varying, limited sizes) may be borrowed from the stable. All party attendees must wear closed-toe footwear.

We offer the following party packages:

    Math Subject Field Trip

How many of your students are afraid of word problems? How hard is it to get them interested in the process of solving one? Equest Farm now offers a new and innovative way to make this process fun and interesting.

The students will be presented with a real-life problem; they then will go out to the barns with chaperones and gather the information necessary to solve the problem. They will measure, count and record their data and return to the patio to compile their information and use it to solve the problem. Each lesson plan will be tailored to age and level; this program has been designed by Leslie Kramer, barn owner and former Secondary Math Certified Teacher.
