The Riding Stables in City Park have provided three generations of New Orleanians with many wonderful childhood memories and friendships that last a lifetime.

Three sisters who spent their childhood riding horses in City Park assumed management of the stables. After six months of renovation, Equest Farm opened in January 2001. Leslie Kramer, the "middle" sister, is Equest Farm's General Manager.

Equest Farm's mission is to provide a safe and wholesome environment in which future generations can enjoy their passion for horses. Our Riding Academy provides both children and adults the opportunity to gain confidence and assume responsibility by adhering to the principles of horsemanship.
